Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Keystone, an audit platform operated by Tech-Bharat ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using an audit, you agree to them.

What the service does

Keystone runs automated, read-only audits of a codebase or website and returns a report of findings. The findings are advisory: we aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that an audit finds every issue, and a clean or partial result is not a warranty that your system is secure or compliant. You remain responsible for your own systems and for deciding what to act on. Reports state what was and wasn't checked.

Read-only guarantee

We never modify, merge, deploy, or delete your code, your site, or your infrastructure. A Code Audit reads a temporary clone; an SEO Audit fetches your public pages. Nothing is changed.

Pricing, payment, and refunds

Audits are one-off purchases at the price shown at checkout (currently $49 for an SEO Audit and $200 for a Code Audit). There is no subscription.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Payment is taken before the audit runs.
If an audit fails to produce a report, you are not charged (or, if already charged, we refund it). Because each completed audit is delivered digitally and immediately, completed audits are otherwise non-refundable — but if you believe a report is materially defective, email us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

You may only submit a target you own or have explicit permission to audit. You must not use Keystone to scan or test systems you do not control. You must not misuse the service (for example, attempting to disrupt it or access other users' data).

Your content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to your code, your site, and the resulting report. We claim no ownership over them. We process them only to perform your audit and deliver your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an audit is limited to the amount you paid for that audit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
